Flex MTP joints, extend IP joints of toes 2-5
Origin
Tendons of flexor digitorum longus
Insertion
Medial sides of extensor expansions of digits 2-5
Innervation
1st lumbrical: medial plantar nerve; 2nd-4th: lateral plantar nerve
