Function
Adduct toes 3-5 toward 2nd toe, flex MTP and extend IP joints
Origin
Medial sides of metatarsals 3-5
Insertion
Medial sides of proximal phalanges 3-5 and extensor expansions
Innervation
Lateral plantar nerve (S2-S3)
